Also known as Wheal Vervale. Shafts and adit 500 yds west of Tattiscombe Farm. Working for silver-lead 1846-47 (as Wheal Vervale) and possibly earlier; again in 1853-55 (as Combmartin Consols). The northern part of the sett appears to have been worked for iron at a date not known.
